Hello everyone,

We are proposing a new NMAC, 4.5.10 Rural Libraries Endowment Grants. This new NMAC will be of special interest to all public libraries in communities of 3,000 or few residents.

Written public comments are being accepted until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 30. There will be a public hearing via Zoom at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 30 after which the rule will be finalized. For full information visit:
