Laguna is not paying taxes on ours since we first started in 2013.  We got a tax-exempt certificate when we first set it up.

There was a discussion earlier regarding taxing on OverDrive invoices. I'm wondering if, for those of you in the Consortium, you are paying taxes on this invoice? What does your tribe say about it?
