I hope you are doing well. Please see the attached factsheet and FIR on HB 86 NATIVE AMERICAN LIBRARY, INTERNET & EDUCATION. HB 86 will be heard TOMORROW morning in House Education 8am. Let us keep the momentum going with all the great public comments in support from our various communities. Below are the details about the hearing, please share this information widely with your networks.

The House Education Committee begins at 8am

How To Make a Public Comment in House Education Committee
1. Once in Zoom Meeting
2. Wait for the Chair to ask for public comment in SUPPORT of the bill
2. Click on the "Reactions" Button
3. Click on "Raise Hand"
4. Wait for Chair to call on you. He will then unmute you.
5. Give a succinct comment in less than 2min
    The Chair will cut you off at 2mins without warning so be brief but also poignant.

Please review all the documents attached at your convenience. I've attached some suggested public comments and the breakdown of the expert witness testimony.
