Please see the attached spreadsheet:


  *   There are 4 libraries which have spent and requested reimbursements for ALL of their 2016 GO Bond allocations -- THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the Jemez Pueblo Community Library, the Pueblo de San Ildefonso Library, the Pueblo of San Felipe Community Library and the Sandia Pueblo Learning Resource Center.


  *   Four (4) libraries have sent in no reimbursement requests for their 2016 GO Bond allocations.


  *   Eleven (11) libraries have sent in some reimbursement requests, but still have a remaining amount.

ALL PAPERWORK for 2016 GO Bond Reimbursement Requests must be into the State Library by APRIL 1, 2021.  That is the deadline.

THERE ARE NO EXTENSIONS ON GO BONDS.  YOU WILL LOSE THIS MONEY IF YOU DON'T ASK FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

Please contact me by email (1) if you have any questions / (2) if you don't know how to fill out the paperwork /(3)  if you don't know where to find the paperwork to fill out / (4) if you are having difficulty getting all the needed documentation together from your finance staff - I'm available to work directly w/finance staff to get everything in order to submit to the State Library.
