Hello tribal libraries directors,


We were asked this morning if Tribal Libraries Program Grant Award funds may be spent on PPE.


Yes, in light of current Executive Orders and Public Health Orders<https://cv.nmhealth.org/public-health-orders-and-executive-orders/>, COVID Safety Practices for All Employers<https://www.newmexico.gov/jobs-the-economy/covid-safe-practices-for-all-employers/>, and Additional COVID Safety Practices for Retailers?<https://www.newmexico.gov/jobs-the-economy/covid-safe-practices-for-all-employers/additional-csps-for-retailers/>, you may purchase PPE as necessary equipment for providing library services to your community using your TLP Grant Award funds.
