My name is Jim Wilson and I am the contest coordinator for the Leopold Writing Program's annual Leopold Writing Contest.  The contest is open to all New Mexico students in grades 6-12 and there is no cost to enter.  Cash prizes are awarded to winning essayists.

I have hand-delivered flyers to public libraries in the central New Mexico area however most of the outlying libraries are not within my physical reach and I am wondering if there is a way to email flyers for libraries to post. I am part of a program called "The Power of Story in Communities."  This is a collaborative program that will bring free programming to tribal and rural libraries for summer 2020.  Can you help me do outreach to all the New Mexico Tribal Libraries? I have prepared a flyer about the program, and below is also a written summary of what the program offers. First, I want to apologize for not getting your TLP Grant notifications out to you all sooner.  I was out last week and yesterday dealing with a health issue and I am slowly getting back in the groove.  Anyway, the plan is to send out your TLP Grant notifications via an attachment to an email today, and mail out the hard copies of your TLP notifications tomorrow via snail mail.  If you find any typos or discrepancies in your paperwork, please let me know as soon as you can, so that I can correct the mistakes before I send out the hard copies of your grant notifications.
