[Nmtriblibs] Extended Deadline for TLP

Hello Tribal Librarians,

First, I want to say that I hope your weekends are off to a great start.


Second, I want  to formalize something I have been telling Tribal Librarians as the subject has arisen and that is I have officially extended the deadline for TLP receipts from May 15th to May 30th.  I have made this change in response to feedback that I have gotten from several Tribal Librarians who pointed out to me the very short window of opportunity in which to spend your TLP Grant money this year. So, in short, please get your TLP receipts to me by Thursday, May 30, 2019.  Thank you so much and have a great weekend!
