Good Monday Morning, Tribal Librarians,
I am note sure whether you are familiar with the radio show "Native American Calling."  It runs daily (M-F) on KUNM at 11:00am - 12noon.  This past Tuesday the guest was Debbie Reese (Nambe Pueblo) who spoke about "Recommended Native reading for kids this summer." Also today, they will be interviewing Nick Estes who is the author of the book: OUR HISTORY IS THE FUTURE: STANDING ROCK vERSUS THE DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE, AND THE LONG TRADITION OF INDIGENOUS RESISTANCE.
