Rexine (P'oe Tsawa) HAND-DELIVERED hers this afternoon.  Unfortunately, as Thelma discovered when she was the first w/the 2016 GOB Agreement, there was no prize, lottery ticket winner, celebration, streamers, etc., etc., to appropriately acknowledge her achievement.  This is about the best I can do:
