Your 2018 GO Bond Grant Agreements are going out in the mail tomorrow.  There is a cover letter explaining the procedure - you'll receive two copies, both of which need signing by someone authorized to enter into a contract with the State.

Once I receive your copies, the State Librarian and appropriate personnel at the Department of Cultural Affairs will sign both copies.  One copy will be filed here at the State Library, and you'll receive your copy in the mail.  Get back w/me if you have any questions or concerns.

Please share all GO Bond-related information w/your appropriate financial staff and supervisor.
