Hello Tribal Librarians,

This is just a reminder that we will all be meeting at Isleta Pueblo (the
Golf Course Conference Room) on Thursday, May 9, 2019 for an all-day
training on the 2020 Census.  The program kicks off at 8:00am and will end
around 4:30pm.  I really hope to see all of you there, because the Census is
a BIG DEAL.  Thank you.

Hello Tribal Librarians,

I just spoke to Amber Carrillo who is the Tribal Partnership Specialist for
the 10 Southern Pueblos, Mescalero Apache Tribe and urban Native American
organizations in the southern portion of the state, and she wanted me to let
you all know that you are invited to a day-long training at Isleta Golf
Course Conference Room on May 9, 2019, time: 8:00am - 4:30pm.  Please put
this important meeting on your calendars and please make plans to attend.  I
am sure that you all are aware of the importance of creating an accurate
count of the people in our state, because this information  is used for all
manner of government services from the number of Congress members that NM
sends to Washington DC to housing and food assistance as well as funds for
education and wellness. (Please see the attached letter). So I hope to see
as many of you there as possible.  Thank you all for ALL you do!
