[Nmtriblibs] Updated on Meeting Date with Regis

Hi everyone,

Thanks for completing the Doodle Poll!  It loos like the best date is November 19th, from 10 am - 12 pm.  Regis is working on getting us a place to meet.  I will let you all know asap.

I was trying to come up with a way to gather all the information on our projects.  I am attaching a form that we use here at Laguna for our Capital improvement Projects.  If you can please fill out as much information as you can, then I can create a spreadsheet with our info so it can help us see what stage everyone is in and how much we need.  Don't forget to also include an amount for equipment and furnishings.  If you could have the form back to me by November 13th.  Keep it in word, so I can copy and paste :0)
