It loos like the best date is November 19th, from 10 am - 12 pm. Regis is working on getting us a place to meet. I will let you all know asap. I was trying to come up with a way to gather all the information on our projects. I am attaching a form that we use here at Laguna for our Capital improvement Projects. If you can please fill out as much information as you can, then I can create a spreadsheet with our info so it can help us see what stage everyone is in and how much we need. Don't forget to also include an amount for equipment and furnishings. If you could have the form back to me by November 13th. Keep it in word, so I can copy and paste :0) Have a good weekend! I'm currently charged with overseeing the basics for the TLP program, given that the State Library doesn't yet have a permanent TLP Coordinator after Alana McGrattan retired in August. The position was advertised, but eligible applications to the State Library had been delayed and the search process has not yet started. We hope to have the position filled by March, 2019. There will be TLP grant monies available out to the tribal public libraries after the beginning of the 2019 calendar year. The dollar amount should be approximately the same as the FY18 grant allocation. Because this is an election year, the State Library can only encumber 50% of its budget by December, 2018. It was decided that the TLP grants will go out in full in January, 2019, rather than a partial payment before then. You will start receiving appropriate paperwork for the TLP grants, beginning in December. The procedures/forms will basically be the same as in FY18.
