When we all met there was a trick someone mentioned to "release" records from a search. For example, my search comes up with 2385 records but only like 58 show up to start. Can someone remind of that?

I am not finding a few of the reports we looked at yesterday - like how many items have been catalogued (in a given time period), the other that had overall type stats (circ, cataloging, etc.). The only ones I seem to be able to find are the ones we looked at for patrons and circulation.
