Greetings!

The New Mexico State Library just launched its newly designed web site earlier this week and we invite you to view it at http://www.nmstatelibrary.org <http://www.nmstatelibrary.org/> .

 

We hope that you will find the new site to have a streamlined design, a more intuitive navigation structure, and better content organization.  "New and improved" site features include quick links to our online catalog, directory of New Mexico libraries, and open forums for idea exchange on various topics,  the ability to subscribe to updates using RSS feeds (e.g., for New Mexico News Plus and the Hitchhiker), and enhanced search capabilities.

 

You can still find library jobs, the Hitchhiker archives and library workshop/training information, and much more.  The new site design is based on testing and surveys conducted among the public library community and the State Library would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who participated.  

 

We also welcome your feedback on the design and its usability.  You'll find a feedback link, "Let Us Know What You Think," in the right-hand column of our home page, enabling you to send comments to us.   We do look forward to hearing from you!  Thanks,
