We invite you to a discussion of both NM state and federal depository matters. It is important that all depository libraries in the state attend so we can hear from each of you. Please join us virtually to hear about state collection changes and to address important issues pertaining to the federal depository libraries in New Mexico.

We will discuss the state digital collection update which will impact your ability to access documents. Of particular interest is the discussion about the NM 2019 Biennial Survey Report; we will look at our responses as a state in order to both understand the federal depository landscape in NM and to prepare for the 2021 Biennial Survey. We will also discuss current or future collection weeding projects in your depositories - bring your questions, and your feedback about the process. Finally, we will address questions or concerns you may have about your local depository collections.
